Shape the commerce experience.
Catalog, discovery, product confidence, and checkout designed as one journey before the platform conversation takes over.
A store rebuilt for the next stage of the brand: first on Shopify, then migrated to WordPress without losing the shopping journey.

A store that could grow without getting harder to run

Move the store, not the mess
Catalog, discovery, product confidence, and checkout designed as one journey before the platform conversation takes over.
MASS designed and developed the store on Shopify so the brand could sell with a coherent, modern shopping experience.
The move to WordPress carried SEO, performance, and shopping continuity—so the new system was faster to run, not only newer to look at.
The situation
VastraPvt needed an online store that could support the next stage of the brand. The existing presence was not a durable commerce foundation: discovery was weak, the shopping path was harder than it should have been, and the platform would not scale cleanly with the catalog or the marketing around it.
MASS treated this as a complete storefront problem, not a theme swap. We designed the commerce experience, built it on Shopify, and later migrated the platform to WordPress when the constraint was no longer design—it was the system underneath. Redirects, technical SEO, performance, and checkout continuity were part of that move.
VastraPvt lacked a scalable e-commerce platform and an efficient online presence. Customers needed a clearer path from product discovery to purchase. The business needed a store it could actually operate as volume and content grew.
The Shopify storefront established the catalog, the shopping experience, and the brand’s digital standard. The WordPress migration followed when publishing, performance, or operating the store required a different foundation. MASS planned the move so search visibility and the path to purchase survived the change.
The live store is quicker, easier to find, and clearer from first product view to checkout. VastraPvt did not get a prettier skin on the same constraint. It got a commerce platform that can take the next stage of the brand.
A coherent catalog and shopping experience designed for how customers actually browse, compare, and buy.
A planned move of the store, with continuity for URLs, content, and checkout rather than a hard cut that drops traffic.
Structure, speed, and search fundamentals treated as part of commerce, not a plugin added after launch.
A clearer journey from discovery to purchase—less friction on product pages, navigation, and the steps that close an order.
VastraPvt is the case for migrating a store when the platform is the problem—and for designing the shopping journey before you pick a new one. If your catalog has outgrown the system underneath it, that is the brief.
