Website Terms.

These Website Terms govern access to and use of the public website at mass.llc, operated by MASS LLC, Launders St, Herndon, VA 20171, United States (“MASS,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What these terms cover—and what they do not

These terms apply to the website as an information and contact channel: pages, case studies, journal articles, product notes, and the contact page.

They are not a project contract. Payment, scope, deliverables, acceptance, intellectual property in work we build for you, confidentiality, service levels, and support are agreed in a separate written engagement. Nothing on this website, including a contact-form brief or a “Start a project” link, is an offer to perform work on set prices or dates.

Permitted use

You may view the site for lawful business and informational purposes, and contact MASS about a possible project. You may not:

Ordinary search-engine and assistant crawling of public pages is allowed, except where robots.txt disallows a path (currently /ai-trading-bot).

Website materials

Unless a page says otherwise, the site’s design, text, graphics, code, and MASS marks are owned by MASS LLC or used with permission. You may view them on the site. You do not receive a license to reuse them in your own product, except for short quotation with attribution in ordinary editorial use.

Client names and case studies describe work MASS presents as completed or in development. They are not a grant of those clients’ trademarks to you.

Services described on the site

MASS currently offers website development and agentic AI work as described on /website and /agentic-ai. Availability, fit, and price are confirmed only in an engagement.

Some pages describe products or experiments that are not generally available as self-serve software. That includes, as of this date, Bellwether PA, AIMEE, Joyquill, the Instagram AI Avatar experiment, and the AI trading-bot research note. Those pages are labeled as in development, incomplete, or internal. They are not a public SaaS offering and are not licensed by these Website Terms.

Third-party links

The site links to third parties (for example social profiles and sources cited in articles). MASS does not control those sites. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave mass.llc.

No warranty for the website

The website is provided “as is.” MASS does not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Journal articles and calculators are general information, not legal, financial, hiring, or engineering advice for your facts. Hypothetical figures are labeled as such.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of this website. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is limited to the greatest extent permitted. This clause applies to the website. A project contract may allocate risk differently for paid work.

Jurisdiction

MASS LLC is based in Herndon, Virginia. These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Virginia have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Website Terms, unless applicable law requires another forum. Project contracts may specify a different governing law if the parties agree in writing.

Changes

MASS may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised effective date. The updated terms apply to later use of the website.
