Education platform redesign

The need

A complex catalog that still had to feel like one decision

What shipped

Multi-page site: programs, proof, partnerships, conversion paths

The standard

Depth without confusion

The engagement

Complex learning choices made clear and credible.

The situation

LearnBay is a tech-education platform with a large offer: live instructor-led programs in AI, data science, generative AI, full stack, and cloud. Prospective learners were not choosing a single product. They were comparing duration, curriculum, certifications, projects, and career support—while trying to decide whether the institution itself was credible.

The old site could not hold that decision. Program pages, proof, partnerships, and conversion paths (enquiry, advisor, student access) were not one journey. MASS redesigned the platform so a serious catalog could stay detailed without becoming a maze.

01 / Problem

A growing offer that was hard to choose from.

LearnBay needed a modern platform that could present technology programs clearly and still communicate the teaching model: live instruction, real projects, certifications with IBM, Microsoft, and IIT Patna, learner support, and career pathways. Without that structure, credibility and conversion lived in separate corners of the site.

02 / Approach

Design the complete learner journey, not a prettier homepage.

MASS rebuilt the information architecture around how a prospective learner actually decides. Discovery comes first. Individual programs get their own experience. Proof (learner stories, ratings, hiring context) and institutional partnerships sit where they earn trust. Advisor contact and student access are explicit next steps, not afterthoughts in the footer.

03 / Outcome

From interest to a real next step.

The redesigned platform lets people compare programs, understand why LearnBay is credible, see career outcomes, and act—through program enquiry, a conversation with an advisor, or student access. The catalog is still deep. The path through it is no longer the work of the visitor.

The platform MASS designed

Every surface has a job in the decision.

Homepage

The offer, the teaching model, and the proof in one first screen: Learn. Certify. Get hired — then a path into programs or an advisor.

Program discovery

A catalog of AI, data science, GenAI, full-stack, and cloud tracks that can be scanned, compared, and opened without losing the parent story.

Individual program pages

Curriculum, duration, certifications, and projects on pages built for a decision, not a brochure dump of every module.

Learner stories

Career stories and testimonials placed where they answer doubt—after the offer is clear, before the ask.

Partnerships and certifications

IBM, Microsoft, and IIT Patna presented as institutional weight, not a logo row with no context.

Career and conversion paths

Enquiry, advisor contact, and student/portal access as designed journeys, including a responsive path on the phones most learners use.

What MASS delivered

A full education site, not a landing page.

  1. 01

    Responsive multi-page redesign

Information architecture, design, and front-end for the complete platform—not a restyled homepage on the old sitemap.

  2. 02

    Program and course experiences

Discovery plus individual program pages so a complex catalog can be compared without flattening the differences that matter.

  3. 03

    Proof and credibility surfaces

Learner stories, institutional partnerships, and career-focused content structured to support a high-consideration purchase.

  4. 04

    Advisor and portal pathways

Clear next steps for enquiry, speaking with an advisor, and student access—so momentum does not die at “contact us.”

More clarity. Stronger learner momentum.

LearnBay shows how a large education offer can become a focused digital journey without losing the depth a serious learner needs. Preview the redesign, or brief MASS on a catalog that has outgrown its site.
