Effective 7 September 2026

Privacy Policy.

This policy describes how MASS LLC (“MASS,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information on the public website at mass.llc. It is written to match how this site is built and hosted today—not a generic template.

Who is responsible

The controller for this website is:

MASS LLC
Launders St, Herndon, VA 20171
United States

Privacy questions and requests: contact@mass.llc. You may also write to the address above or call +1 540 488 7038.

This website is not a client project

This policy covers information processed because you visit mass.llc, follow a link on it, email or call the published contact details, or use the contact page. Data processed under a separate client engagement—source code, customer files, hosting credentials, training corpora, production logs inside a delivered system—is governed by that project’s contract and any data-processing terms agreed for the work. Those arrangements are not created by this policy.

Information you choose to send

If you email contact@mass.llc, call the published number, or use the contact page, you may send:

The contact page does not post that form to a MASS server. The browser opens your email client with a message addressed to contact@mass.llc (a mailto: link). MASS receives the content only if you send the email. Your email provider then processes the message in the ordinary way. If you do not send it, MASS does not receive those fields from the form.

We use this information to decide whether the work is a fit, to reply, and to keep a record of the inquiry as needed for a potential engagement or legal obligation. We do not use it to run advertising campaigns from this website.

Information collected when you load a page

Hosting logs

The site is a set of static files hosted on Hostinger shared hosting (Apache). Like most web hosts, Hostinger may record request logs that can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent. MASS uses those logs, when available, to operate, secure, and debug the site. Retention of host logs follows Hostinger’s systems, not a separate MASS analytics warehouse.

Google Analytics

Most HTML pages on this site, including this policy, load Google Analytics 4 through Google’s tag script at googletagmanager.com, measurement ID G-S0TWT8QTLL. The tag is configured with the default gtag('config', 'G-S0TWT8QTLL') snippet. We have not added Google Ads conversion tags, a marketing pixel, or Consent Mode in that snippet.

Google LLC processes that measurement data on MASS’s behalf as an analytics provider. Typical fields include approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing. Google may process data in the United States and other countries where it operates.

The custom 404 document currently does not load the Analytics tag. That is an implementation detail of /404.html, not a promise that error traffic is never logged by the host.

What this site does not load

This website does not load advertising networks, a live-chat widget, a payment form, embedded maps, embedded video players, or a newsletter signup. Fonts and animation libraries are served from this site’s own /assets files, not from a font or CDN third party. There is no service worker. Site JavaScript does not write tracking values to localStorage or sessionStorage.

Cookies and similar storage

The static pages themselves do not require a cookie to render. Google Analytics 4, when the tag runs, typically sets first-party cookies on mass.llc, including:

We do not set a separate MASS advertising cookie. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; if you do, Analytics may not recognize returning visits. Browser controls and any Google opt-out tools you use are the mechanisms available today. This site does not currently show a cookie banner or a per-tag opt-in switch.

Who receives information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and our rights. Outbound links (LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, X, Reddit, and sources cited in articles) are third-party sites. Their collection starts if you follow the link; this policy does not cover those sites.

Retention

Requests and updates

You may email contact@mass.llc to ask what inquiry information we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to law and records we must keep (for example an ongoing contract discussion). We will use the email address you write from to verify the request where reasonable.

Analytics and host logs are operational datasets. We can describe our practices; we may not be able to extract a complete individual profile from them.

We will change this policy when the site’s practices change—for example if we add a server-side form, a different analytics tool, or advertising tags. The effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the website after a posted change means the new policy applies to later visits.
